A Rolling Start is Okay Around Here.
The WTP process would get off to a faster start with a few key concepts already in place.
Here are some of the concepts that can make that difference:
Establish a sleep schedule that is consistent and offers both sleep quality and sleep quantity. In this day and age, the bare minimum of required sleep is eight hours. There are several reasons for this. Additionally, there’s an ideal time to begin your sleep. So, getting eight hours from 1 AM until 9 AM is also not ideal. Sleep is restorative. Repeat this out loud, appreciate the meaning, and resolve to make the necessary changes.
Identify and remove trouble-making items from your diet. Drastically reducing your consumption of sugar, caffeine, and alcohol will make a major positive impact on your overall health.
Consider becoming conscious of your exposure to mental or emotional stressors. There typically is one area that is a source of greatest stress. Be prepared to make bold changes to reduce or eliminate your exposure to whatever that may be.
Establish a religious or spiritual practice of some sort. Engage in it and try to be consistent. Ideally this would be a religious practice such as prayer, although joining a church that offers group functions (events where other members can offer support and help keep you accountable) can also be helpful.
